摘　　要：目的评价萧山区卫生院消毒管理综合措施实施的效果。方法分别对实施综合措施前后的医院消毒设施、消毒工作质量、医务人员消毒知识掌握情况等进行调查,并调查院长对所采取的综合措施的效果及作用的主观认识。结果萧山区实施消毒管理综合措施后,卫生院消毒设施的配置、消毒工作质量、医务人员消毒知识掌握情况均有显著提高。在所实施的措施中,开展消毒知识的培训提高对消毒工作重要性的认识、开展创建消毒合格单位活动被认为是最重要的措施。结论萧山区所实施的政府支持、行政监督、医院参与等多种形式的消毒工作综合管理措施对提高医院消毒工作质量具有显著的效果,在基层医院消毒管理中具有极大的推广应用价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive measures on disinfection management of rural hospital in Xiaoshan district. Methods Investigations were carried out respectively before and after comprehensive measures on disinfection facilities of hospital, quality of disinfection work, disinfection knowledge of medical personnel, and the subjective thinking of presidents of hospitals on the effects of comprehensive measures was also investigated. Results After carrying out comprehensive measures of disinfection management in Xiaoshan, the disinfection facilities of hospital, quality of disinfection work, disinfection knowledge of medical personnel all had significant improvement. In these measures, two of them were considered the most important, carrying out disinfection knowledge training to realize the importance of disinfection work, and canting out activity of establishing eligible disinfection companies. Conclusions The comprehensive measures of disinfection management which were carried out in varied ways such as government support, administrative supervision, hospital participation have a significant effect on improving quality of hospital disinfection work, it have great application and popularization value in disinfection management of coutry hosoital.
