摘　　要：介绍了组织全国多个行业98家实验室参加鳗鱼中孔雀石绿能力验证的情况,选用在养殖过程中使用过孔雀石绿从而含有孔雀石绿代谢物隐色孔雀石绿的鳗鱼作为测试样本,分别采用F检验和t检验法对样本的均匀性和稳定性进行检验,采用稳健统计技术对试验结果进行了分析,并对如何做好孔雀石绿检测工作进行了探讨。A inter - laboratory ability verification program involved 98 laboratories for the determination of malachite green metabolite leuco-malachite green residues in eels was presented. The eel that contained leuco-malachite green were selected as test materials, and F-test and t-test was used to check the homogeneity and stability of test materials. The robust statistical technique was used to analyze the test results. The critical points of residues determination were also discussed.
