急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者糖原合成酶激酶-3β和心钠素前体肽的水平变化及舒血宁的干预作用

摘　　要：目的观察急性心肌梗死(AMI)经皮冠状动脉内介入治疗(PCI)患者血液糖原合成酶激酶-3β(GSK-3β)及心钠素前体肽(ProANF)的水平变化及舒血宁注射液的干预作用。方法将45例AMI介入治疗患者随机分为治疗组(23例,在PCI治疗基础上加用舒血宁注射液40mL静脉注射,每天1次,共7d)和对照组(22例,PCI治疗),另取20例健康人血为正常对照。分别应用PCR法、WB法和放射免疫法检测患者入院时及术后1、3、7d的血液GSK-3β、ProANF1-30、ProANF31-67和ProANF79-98水平。结果治疗组和对照组患者入院、术后1dGSK-3β mRNA及蛋白水平较正常值明显升高,ProANF1-30、ProANF31-67和ProANF79-98水平显著升高,术后3d和7d治疗组各项指标均显著低于对照组。结论AMI介入治疗患者血液GSK-3β及ProANF水平呈先上升后下降的趋势,舒血宁注射液具有心肌保护作用,能减轻再灌注损伤。Objective To investigate change the of glycogen synthase kinase （GSK） -3βand pro - atrial natriuretic factor （ ProANF ） in the blood of patients suffered from acute myocardial infarction （ AMI ） treated with percutaneous coronary intervention （ PCI ） and the effect of shuxuening parenteral solution on it. Methods 45 patients suffered from AMI treated with PCI were classified into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, 23 patients were treated with shuxuening parenteral solution after PCI operation. In the control group, 22 patients were treated with only PCI. 20 healthy persons were included in the normal group. PCR, WB and radio - immunity detection were used to detect the level of GSK-3β, ProANF1-30, ProANF31-67 and ProANF79-98 of the blood at the time of hospitalization, on 1st day, 3rd day and 7th day after the operation. Results The level of GSK - 3β mRNA and protein were higher in the treatment group and control group than those in the normal group at hospitalization and 1 day after operation. The content of ProANF1-30, ProANF31-67 and ProANF79-98 were higher too. The level of GSK - 3 β mRNA and protein in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at 3rd day and 7th day after operation. The content of ProANF1-30, ProANF31-67 and ProANF79-98 decreased. Conelusion The content of glycogen synthase kinase -3β and proANF in the blood of patients suffered from AMI treated with PCI firstly increased and then decreased. Shuxuening parenteral solution has myocardial preservation.
