摘 要:分析研究了运用配碳球团的直接还原技术处理的电炉粉尘,并完成了实验室扩大性实验;得到了还原焙烧法的合理工艺条件,即碳过量系数为1.2,还原温度为1150℃,料层厚30mm,加热时间60min。还原后的球团为半金属化球团,其ω(TFe)为50%左右,最高可达54.7N;金属化率60%~70%,最高可达88%;收集的粉尘含氧化锌达90%以上,球团中锌的还原挥发率大于90%,说明用配碳球团的直接还原技术处理含锌电炉粉尘是成功的。Electric arc furnace (EAF) dust with carbon-containing pellets direct reducing technology was studied and expanding experiment in laboratory was achieved. The received optimum parameters were: excess coefficient of carbon 1.2, reduction temperature 1 150℃, anticipate thickness 30 mm, reduction time 60 min. The treated pellets were semi-metallic pellet, in which total Ferrum content was about 50%, the best is 54.7%, metallic ratio was about 60%-70% and the best is 88%. zinc oxide content in the collected zinc oxide powder exceeded 90%, which shows it succeeded to recycle electric arc furnace(EAF) dust using carbon-containing pellets direct reducing technology.
