摘 要:1991~1993年,从甘肃庆阳、武威等地区的7个县(市)采集小麦生育期病根标样1734份,进行室内病原分离及致病性测定。结果表明:引起省内小麦根病的病原种类有全蚀病菌小麦变种(Gaeumannomycesgraminisvar.tritici)、全蚀病菌一新变种(G.graminisvar.sp)、麦根腐病菌(Bipolarissorokiniana)、小麦生离蠕孢菌(B.triticicola)、黄色镰刀菌(Fusariumculmorum)、禾谷镰刀菌(F.graminearum)、早熟禾根腐镰刀菌(F.poae)和丝核菌(Rhizoctoniasp)等10种病原菌,其中全蚀病菌分离频率最高(48.3%)、致病力最强(病指60.2~100)。During 1991~1993,1 734 samples of root wheat rot have been collected from Qinyang, Wuwei and other 5 areas in Gansu province. Isolates and pathogenicity tests showed that there were 10 various pathogens, including Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici, G. graminis var. sorghi, Bipolaris sorokiniana, B.tritcicola, Fusarium culmorum, F. graminearum, F. poae, and Rhizoctonia sp. .Among them, G. graminis var. tritci had the highest isolated frequency and the highest virulence. This paper also dealt with their morphological characteristics and the symptoms causted by these pathogens. The unidentified new variant G. graminis var. sp. was first reported in this study.
