摘 要:研究了环境温度、相对湿度和日照时间对小麦雪霉叶枯病菌(Gerlachianivalis)侵染和寄主发病的影响。结果表明,该菌分生孢子萌发和初生菌丝生长温度范围为0~30℃,适温11~28℃;较低温度(11~20℃)有利于病菌侵入以及寄主病叶和病斑数的增多,较高的温度(25~30℃)有利于侵入菌丝的扩展和病斑增大;20℃时相对湿度高于93%,侵染才会发生;在日照0~24h的条件下,均能侵染和发病。A series of experiments was conducted to explore the effects of temperature, RH and daylength on infection of Gerlachia nivalis and symptomexpression in wheat. It was demonstrated that temperature range for conidium germination and primary hyphae growth of the pathogen was 0~30 ℃, and the optimum was 11~28 ℃. Lower temperature (11~20 ℃) promoted penetration of pathogen and increased the spot numbers and diseased leaves in host. Higher temperature (25~30 ℃) favoured development of infection hypha and enlargement of single spot. Infection occured only under the condition of RH>93%(20 ℃). The pathogen infected and the symptom of host expressed under cycles of 0~12 h light and 12~0 h darkness. The optimum daylength is less than 6 h.
