梨属矮化砧木研究  

Study on Pear Genus Dwarf Stocks

摘　　要：ＯｌｄＨｏｍｅ×Ｆａｒｍｉｎｇｄａｌｅ（ＯＨＦ）无性系５１、９７，冬香×久保８３－２－３４、８３－２－３８、８３－２－５６，身不知×久保８３－４－２３及久保做矮化中间砧，以杜梨（Ｐｙｒｕｓｂｅｔｕｌａｅｆｏｌｉａ，Ｂｇｅ）、矮冠杜梨１６－２５、１１－２９、豆梨（Ｐｙｒｕｓｃａｌｅｒｙａｎａ，Ｄｅｃｎｅ）做基砧，嫁接酥梨。结果表明，梨属矮化砧木做中间砧，多数组合表现出树体干径细，高度低，发育枝短，但冠径较大。比杜梨直接嫁接酥梨花枝、花序显著多；产量效益显著高；果实可溶性固形物及总糖含量显著高，果味浓甜。由此认为，ＯＨＦ５１、９７。The test selected Old Home×Farmingdale (OHF) clone 51,97,Dongxiang×Kubo 83-2-34,83-2-38,83-2-56,Mishirazu×Kubo 83-4-23, and Kubo as dwarf middle stocks, Bircheaf Pear ( Pyrus btulaefolia ,Bge), dwarfCrown Bircheaf Pear 16-25,11-29,Callery Pear ( Pyrus calleryana , Decne.) as base stocks, Dangshansu ( Pyrus bretschneideri ) as cultivar grafted on middle stocks. The CK was to grafte directly Dangshansu on Bircheaf pear. The results showed that with pear genus dwarf stocks, the most combinations′ trunk diameter is thinner, tree height is lower, growth shoots length is shorter, but crown diameter is bigger. The flowering shoots, inflorescence were more, yield and economic income are higher significantly. The content of fruit soluble solids and total sugars are higher significantly and flavour is strong sweet. It also indicated that OHF 51,97,Mishirazu×Kubo 83-4-23 are good pear genus dwarf middle stocks.
