摘  要:通过研制开发的一种新型清洁压裂液(VES—SL)具有良好的抗温增稠性能,最高抗温能力为120℃;具有独特的流变性,在一定温度范围内其表观粘度随温度升高而增加,在72℃~76℃时达最高值。摩阻计算表明,裂缝净压力值较低,可有效控制缝高,提高裂缝导流能力。室内试验表明,该压裂液在柴油、地层水的作用下,破胶化水彻底,对油层渗透率伤害低,导流能力保持在92%以上。由于自身具有三维立体网络结构,可有效提高对支撑剂的悬浮能力,降低向油层的滤失。目前已成功实施水力压裂7口井、压裂防砂25口井,增产增注效果明显。通过现场应用发现,该压裂液还具有摩阻低、返排彻底、可长期放置的特点。According to a lot of tests, a new kind of clear fracture fluid-VES-SL is developed, which has good anti-temp and gelling property, its highest anti-temp is 120℃. At the same time, it has unique rheological property. That is, its viscosity keeps increasing with temperature in a certain area, and got the maximum viscosity at 72 to 76 ℃. The computation result of frictional resistance showed that the pure pressure in fracture is low, which can help to control the height of fracture, increase the conductance. The result of test in the laboratory showed that the fracturing fluid mixed with diesel oil or formation water can breakdown the gelling water clearly, do little harm to permeability of reservoir, and make the conductance ability remain at more than 92 percent. Since it has three-dimension network structure, it has strong proppant-carrying capacity, lowing leak off efficient. This clean fracture fluid has been used to fracture 7 wells and TSO 25 wells, and got a good result. Result of field application shows this kind of facture fluid has low-friction, and it can be placed for a long time as well as it will be used widely in the future.
