神经阻滞配合紫外线照射在带状疱疹治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究神经阻滞配合紫外线照射与单纯药物治疗对带状疱疹的疗效.方法确诊为带状疱疹的443例患者随机分为2组,I组(n=245)接受神经阻滞和紫外线照射治疗;II组(n=198例)接受单纯药物治疗.比较两组在治疗5d前后的疼痛VAS评分,止痛、止疱、结痂时间以及有无后遗神经痛.结果在治疗5d后患者疼痛VAS评分,I组较治疗前降低(P<0.05),I组低于II组(P<0.05);I组的止痛、止疱、结痂时间优于II组(P<0.05).治疗5d后痊愈率、总有效率I组高于II组(P<0.01).I组后遗神经痛11.02%,II组后遗神经痛高达61.11%(P<0.01).结论神经阻滞配合紫外线治疗带状疱疹的疗效优于单纯药物治疗.AIM： To study the therapeutic effects of nerve block combined with ultraviolet radiation and general drug treatment on herpes zoster. METHODS： 443 patients diagnosed as herpes zoster were divided into 2 groups; 245 patients in group Ⅰ were treated with nerve block and ultraviolet radiation, and 198 patients in group Ⅱ were only treated with general drugs. Visual analogue scale （VAS）, pain- relieving time, herpes-stopping time, scab-forming time and post-herpetic neuralgia were compared before and 5 d after treatment. RESULTS ： The VAS score of group Ⅰ 5 d after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment（P 〈 0.05 ） and that of group Ⅱ 5 d after treatment （P 〈0.05）. The pain- relieving time, herpes-stopping time and scab-forming time in group Ⅰ were significantly shorter than those in group Ⅱ （P〈0.05）. Five days later, the recovery rate, total effective rate of group I were significantly higher than those in group Ⅱ （P 〈0.01 ）. The post-herpetic neuralgia rate in group Ⅱ （61.11%） was higher than that in group Ⅰ （11. 02%）. CONCLUSION： Nerve block combined with ultraviolet radiation is much more effective than general drug treatment on herpes zoster.
