摘　　要：目的分析云南省实施结核病控制项目效果,为结核病控制可持续发展提供科学依据。方法对2002—2005年项目月报表、季报表进行分析。结果全省共发现和管理项目病人38 448例,其中涂阳34 626例,重症涂阴病人3822例。涂阳肺结核登记率逐年提高。新涂阳治愈率87.36%,复治涂阳病治愈率81.07%。结论云南省结核病控制项目成效显著。[ Objective ] To analyze the effect of tuberculosis control project in Yunnan and provide scientific basis for the sustainable development of tuberculosis control. [ Methods] Analysis was made on the monthly and quarterly reports in 2002 - 2005. [ Results] 38 448 cases were discovered in the whole province, among which 34 626 cases were smear positive, 3822 cases were severe smear negative; the recovery rates of new smear positive and re - treated smear positive were 87. 36% and 81.07% respectively. [ Conclusion]The achievement in tuberculosis control project is significant in Yunnan.
