摘　　要：从以人为本的公共服务型管理的涵义出发,阐述了传统的行政管理观念与现代公共服务型管理理念的区别,并就体育管理中如何贯彻以人为本的公共服务型管理理念作了初步的探讨,希望能起抛砖引玉的作用。The article demonstrates the differences between the traditional executive and the modem public service management idea from the definition of people oriented public service management.lt researches on how to apply the idea,and the author hopes to use the little to get the big.
