摘　　要：通过文献调查法,以运动人体科学基础理论为依据,探讨了原发性骨质疏松症的运动处方的要素,以期为制定出科学合理的骨质疏松症运动处方提供理论依据。Throngh referring literature, according to basic theories of the science of.human body, the paper discusses the important factors of the exercise prescription of osteoporosis. In doing so,we hope to provide academic foundation for making scientific and reasonable the exercise prescription of osteoporosis.
