某铜管厂高温和噪声联合作用对工人心电图的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中山市某复合高效传热铜管厂高温、噪声的联合作用对工人心电图的影响。方法选取接触高温、噪声者135名为接触组,不接触高温和噪声的工人137名为对照组,进行调查研究。结果接触组心电图异常率占21.5%,对照组异常心电图为9.5%。两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),相对危险度(RR)为2.6,中等关联;接触组心电图异常者随工龄增高而增高;心电图改变主要为窦性心动过缓、窦性心动过速、窦性心律不齐和ST-T改变等。结论高温和噪声对作业工人心电图有明显联合影响作用。[ Objective ] To explore the effect of hyperthermia combined with noise on the EGG of the workers in a copper tube factory. [Methods] 135 hyperthermia and noise- exposed workers and 137 common workers were selected for the investigation. [ Results] The abnormal rates of EGG of the exposure group and the control group were 21.5% and 9.5% respectively, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ; RR = 2.6） ; the abnormal rate of EGG in the exposure group increased with the workers＇age; the EGG changes were mainly sinus arrhythmia, sinus tachycardia, sinus arrhythmia and ST- T changes. [ Conclusion] Hyperthermia and noise has obvious combined effect on the EGG of the workers.
