摘  要:DNA在结构和功能统一方面的完美无缺令人赞叹不已.为了解生命形成、进化过程中大自然选择DNA作为遗传物质的必然性,从热力学角度模拟和计算了游离碱基、核苷、核苷酸、多核苷酸及它们的互补体能量大小.发现它们形成互补体后能量会显著降低.表明DNA有形成稳定大分子和经受巨大选择压的热力学基础.The orchestrated unification in the structure and function of DNA is marvelous. To understand why the DNA is ineyitably chosen by the nature as the genetic material during the course of the formation and evolution of life, in this article, the free energy of the dissociated basic group, nucleoside, nucleotide, polynucleotide and their complementary compounds was simulated and calculated by means of thermodynamics. The marked reduction of free energy was detected after they formed complementary compound, which reveals the thermodynamic potential of DNA in forming stable macromolecule and endure the extreme selection pressure.
