摘  要:湖北英山占河水库加固工程主、副坝防渗墙所需混凝土要求:和易性好,低强度,低弹性模量和高抗渗等级。为满足混凝土的性能要求,掺加了粘土掺合料以及外加剂配制粘土混凝土。经过粘土混凝土配合比综合试验,粘土混凝土性能测试,初步分析了各因素对混凝土性能的影响,给出了达到设计要求的现场施工的粘土混凝土配合比。经英山水库施工应用,验证了该粘土混凝土满足工程需要,所建大坝防渗墙混凝土满足设计指标,质量合格。The construction of impermeable walls of main and secondary dams of Hubei Yingshan River Reservoir required the concrete for good placeability, low pressure intensity, low elasticity modules and high impermeability level. To meet these requirements of concrete, in this paper authors mixed clay concrete by using clay as addition and air-entraining admixture. After comprehensive experiments and performance tests for clay concrete, a series of preliminary analysis of the factors affecting the performance of concrete and reasonable mix ratio of clay concrete for engineering construction were given. Up to the present, the condition of construction application by using this mix ratio of concrete showed that this clay concrete met project and design of impermeable walls of dams.
