摘　　要：研究设计了一种新型结晶器，介绍其结构特点和制造中的工艺要点，为电渣熔铸的高效率生产提供一种装置。The authors developed and designed the new type water cooling Jacket and introduced the structure characteristic and the main technology points on jacket manufacturing. The new developed water cooling jacket provides a efficient way for electroslag smeltins casting.
