铸造工艺集成CAD的研究发展

摘　　要：分析了目前铸造工艺ＣＡＤ的发展概况，提出了铸造工艺集成ＣＡＤ的概念，并指出铸造工艺ＣＡＤ应从产品设计终了开始。介绍了铸造工艺ＣＡＤ与产品设计集成中应解决的问题，包括分型面、拔模斜度、收缩率和加工余量等的设计。On the basis of the analysis of current development in CAD of casting technology the concept of integrated CAD of casting technology was put forward in this paper, and it was also pointed out that CAD of casting technology should begin with the result of product design. The problems including parting line, draft angle, shrinkage and machining allowance design, and the practicable solutions in integrating product design with CAD of casting technology were focused on in the paper.
