摘　　要：分别采用TIG焊及微束等离子弧焊两种焊接方法,对壁厚0.15 mm的不锈钢膜盒进行焊接工艺试验,提出了解决焊接电弧不稳的工艺措施.采用背面成形技术使膜盒的疲劳寿命提高90%以上.The welding procedure to overcome arc unstable phenomenon is determined by experimentall welding of 0.15 mm thick stainless steel diaphragm with TIG and micro- plasma arc welding process respec-tively. Fatigue life is able to increase more than 90 % as using technique that makes bead forming on the back side.
