摘  要:在输送压力可达4.0 MPa、固气比高达740 kg/m3的高压气力输送试验台上,用氮气进行粉煤高压浓相气力输送试验研究。分别在不同的输送差压、风量和压力等条件下进行了输送试验,考察操作参数对煤粉质量流量和固气比等气力输送特征参数的影响。结果表明,煤粉的质量流量和输送固气比随着输送差压和压力的升高而增大。随着注入速度的增大,输送固气比呈先增大后减小的变化趋势。总风量增大时,煤粉的质量流量随着气体流量的增大而增大。总风量不变时,在固气比的最小值左侧,充压风量的变化对输送参数的影响起主导作用,在固气比的最小值右侧,流化风量的变化对输送参数的影响较大。随着煤粉的输送流量的增大,固气比先增大后减小。Experiments of pulverized coal dense-phase pneumatic conveying using nitrogen were carded out in an experimental setup at the pressure up to 4MPa and the solid-gas ratio up to 740kg/m^3. The influences of conveying pressure drop, the gas volume flow rate and conveying pressure on the solid-gas ratio and the solid mass flow rate were investigated. The results indicated that pulverized coal mass flow rate and solid-gas ratio rise with the increase in total conveying pressure drop or conveying pressure. The solid-gas ratio increases at first and then declines as injected velocity increases. The pulverized coal mass rate increases as the gas flow rate increases. Under constant gas volume flow rate to the left of solid-gas ratio minimum, conveying characteristic parameters are mainly influenced by the gas volume flow rate for keeping pressure; but to the right of solid-gas ratio minimum, fluidizing gas volume flow rate becomes the dominant factor. With increase of mass flow rate, solid-gas ratio increases first and then decreases.
