摘 要:开关电器的小型化和高性能要求使得热分析更加重要,采用数值方法进行热分析可以降低研制费用,缩短开发周期。该文通过对交流接触器的热学分析,建立了同时考虑主回路和电磁系统发热的接触器数值热分析模型。计及主回路接线端子和外接导线对发热的影响,基于流体相似原理和Stefan-Boltzmann定律计算了外壳的散热。基于热电耦合,对一处于长期闭合工作制下,额定电流为100A的交流接触器进行了温度场仿真,并通过实验进行了验证。最后利用建立的热分析模型分析了主回路发热对接触器温升的影响。The proper thermal design becomes more and more important with the increasing performance and miniaturization demand of switchgear devices. The thermal simulation can cut the costs for experimental investigations and shorten the development cycles. By analyzing the heat generation and loss processes of AC contactor, a thermal simulation model was created considering the heat generated by main circuit and electromagnet system. The influence of wiring terminals and feedings were considered in the model. According to the theory of fluid similarity and the law of Stefan-Boltzmann, the heat transfer coefficient was calculated. The temperature distribution of an AC contactor with rated current of 100A was simulated by coupling solve the thermal and electrical equations. The model was proved by experiments Based on the model, the influence of the main circuit on the temperature rise of AC contactor was researched.
