摘　　要：应用灰色系统理论,对水库坝基防渗处理的方案进行优选。以务坪水库坝基防渗处理方案为例进行了实例计算和分析,结果表明,采用灰色决策模型对防渗处理方案进行优选决策,可避免方案选择中存在的主观随意性,相对客观地得出方案的优序,为决策者提供科学的参考依据。In this paper, grey system theory is applied to arranging superiority sequence in preventing seepage plan of base of a dam. Taking Wupin Reservoir as an example for demonstration, the result indicates that grey policy-making model applied to plan policy decision can avert subjective casually and obtain a sequence of plan objectively, which will provide scientific reference basis for policymaker.
