黄芪复方对大鼠阿霉素肾病防治作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究黄芪复方对大鼠阿霉素肾病的防治作用及其作用机制。方法:采用阿霉素肾病横型,黄芪复方3种剂量1.5、0.75、0.375g·kg^(-1)分别灌胃给药12周,对体重、尿蛋白、血生化、血液流变学、氧自由基代谢、免疫学及病理组织学等指标进行观察。结果:黄芪复方能明显增加模型动物的体重,改善动物的一般状况;明显降低24小时尿蛋白含量;使升高的血清肌酐与尿素氮明显降低;升高血清总蛋白与白蛋白水平;降低血脂,改善高凝状态;明显提高血清SOD活性和降低血浆MDA含量,减低肾脏系数,并改善肾脏病理组织学变化。结论:黄芪复方对大鼠阿霉素肾病有明显的保护作用。Objective:To study the effects of compound astragalus on adriamycin-induced nephropathy in rats and its mechanism.Methods:Model was built by injecting adriamycin,compound astragalus was given orally at dosages of 4,2,1g crude drug/kg body weight for 12 weeks.Body weight,urine protein,blood biochemical indexes,rheology,free radical metabolism,immunologic indexes and histopathology change were determined. Results:Compound astragalus could significantly raise body weight of nephritic rat,the levels of proteinuria in 24 hours specimen and blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in treated group were obviously decreased.The concentrations of serum cholesterol and triglycerides and plasma MDA were obviously decreased after treated,but the levels of serum total protein and albumin and the activity of SOD were markedly in- creased.The condition of hypercoagulation and histopathological change of kidney in all treated groups were improved.Conclusion:The protective effects of compound astragalus on adriamycin-induced nephropathy in rats were associated with its anti-inflam- matory,antioxidative and immunomodulatory activities.
