合成工艺参数对金刚石质量影响的研究

摘　　要：本文较系统地在6×8MN型和6×10MN型压机上，研究了φ23mm腔体合成工艺参数对金刚石质量的影响。批量试验结果表明，平均单产达1．68g（8．4克拉），＞60目的达77％，＞120N的达41．3％，锤耗9kg／万克拉。In this paper, the effect of synthesis variables upon diamond quality wasstudied systematically. The study war carried out within φ23mm chamber in 4800T and600T cubic press. The result showed that average output of diamond attaints to 1.68g, grits>60 mesh being 77%, grits >120N being 41. 3%, anvil consomption is 9kg/2000g.
