摘　　要：针对落锤撕裂试验机在钢管生产应用中存在不能进行定量检定与标定的问题,提出了一些建议和解决方法:①试验机硬件系统的检定;②能量测试系统的标定。该方法可为国产落锤撕裂试验机检定与标定标准的制定及研究提供一定的参考。This article aims at the problem that drop weight tear tester can not be calibrated quantificationally during pipe production and puts forward some suggestion and solution:①calibration on hardware system of tester,②calibration on energy testing system.This method may refer to in preparing and researching calibration standard of calibration standard of domestic drop weight tear tester.
