摘  要:采用透射电镜等试验方法,观察了两种温度1380℃及1310℃铸坯加热处理的高磁感取向硅钢(Hi-B钢)中抑制剂质点(硫化物+AlN)的析出形态,证实较低温度(1310℃)处理时对硫化物的析出形态影响小,却促使AlN析出更加细小、弥散,因此,提高了抑制剂质点对初次再结晶晶粒长大的抑制效果。By means of TEM observations, the precipitating morphology of inhibitor par-ticles ( sulfide and AIN ) were examined in high - induction grain - oriented silicon steels (Hi - B steel) in which slab heating temperature were at normal 1380 18 and lower l310C . lt was proved that the lowering of slab heating temperature bad a little in0uence on precipitating morphology of sulfide, but improved the dispersed precipitation of AIN. There- fore, inhibiting ability of the inhibitors was strengthened to suppress the growth of primary recrystallization grains in Hi - B steels .
