摘　　要：本文建立了无理论造形误差的插齿刀齿形螺旋曲面方程及其端剖面曲线方程，并推导出用展成法原理测量其端剖面曲线时．在平均平方意义下最好逼近的渐开线基圆半径方程以及其端剖面曲线的K图曲线。This paper establishes the equations of spiral curved surface and its end profile curve of straigh-tooth shaper cutter eliminating theoretical error of tooth forming. When the end profile curve is measured in using the principle of envelope, the equation of INV base circle radius which would better approximate to it in meaning average square, and the equation of its K drawring curve, are derivated in this paper.
