摘  要:用5kw连续CO2激光器在40Cr钢基材表面对不同成分的镍基WC合金热喷涂层进行激光重熔,研究了WC和CeO2加入量对激光熔覆层显微组织和耐蚀性能的影响、结果表明,添加适量WC和CeO2可以改善激光熔覆镍基自熔合金层的耐蚀性能。Several nikel-base WC composite alloy with various Ceo2 content were remelted by means of a 5 kWcontinuous wave CO2 laser on the substrate of steel 40Cr. The effect of WC and CeO2 content on the microstruture andcorrosion resistance of laser remelted c0atings was studied. As a result,adding proper content of WC and CeO2 in thealloy powder and laser remelting can not only modify the microstructure but also improve the corrosion resistance ofthe coatings remarkably.
