摘 要:目的探讨过氯酸铵(AP)对大鼠血常规及血清生化指标的影响,为其在航天复合固体推进剂中的应用提供毒理学依据。方法选用SD大鼠80只,随机分为低、中、高剂量组(AP剂量为48,96,192 mg/kg)和对照组(生理盐水)。各组经气管一次性注入AP染毒,于染毒后第3天、第7天、第14天和第28天分别检测血常规和血清生化指标。结果染毒后各剂量组的血常规各项指标分别与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清生化指标,染毒后第3天,血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活力,中、高剂量组(86.7,85.5 U/L)显著高于对照组(56.6 U/L,P<0.05);第7天,羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量低、中、高剂量组(17.4,17.1,18.2μg/ml)显著高于对照组(13.3μg/ml,P<0.01);第28天,高剂量组尿素氮含量(19.4 mmol/L)显著高于对照组(14.7 mmol/L,P<0.05)。其他各项指标各组间比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论AP对大鼠血常规未见明显影响。AP可致血清ALT活力和HYP含量的短期升高性变化,但其对ALT和HYP及其他生化指标的异常影响并不显著。Objective To study the effect of ammonium perchlorate (AP) on routine blood test and serum biochemical indexes in rats. Methods 80 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: 1 negative group (physiological saline) and 3 treatment groups. For the treatment groups, AP was administered one time in trachea of the rats at concentrations of 48, 96 and 192 mg/kg respectively. Results There was no significant difference among routine blood indexes of various doses groups following AP treatment ( P 〉 0. 051. On the 3rd day after treatment, the serum activities of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) for both AP middle and high close groups (86. 7, 85. 5 U/L) were higher than that of negative group (56.6 U/L, P〈0. 051. On the 7th day after treatment, the contents of hydroxyproline (HYP) of the AP low, middle and high close groups (17. 4, 17. 1, 18. 2 μg/ml) were higher than that of negative group (13. 3 μg/ml, P〈0.01). On the 28th day after treatment, the content of urea nitrogen (19.4 mmol/L) was higher than that of negative group (14. 7 mmol/L, P〈0.05). Several indexes of other groups were not statistically significant. Conclusions The toxic effects of AP on the routine blood test of rats were not found. The ALT and HYP in serum of rats increased significantly in short-term, but toxic effects of AP on ALT, HYP and other biochemical indexes were not found.
