摘 要:采用超高真空气相渗透技术,在80~250℃温度范围内,研究了H在两种不同方式的镀Ni的纯铁中的有效扩散系数和渗透率,同时也研究了表面电镀光亮Pd的纯铁中的氢扩散系数.结果表明,在实验温度范围内,H在两种镀Ni处理的纯铁中的有效扩散系数D和渗透率Φ与温度T的关系均遵循Arrhenius方程,且二者D值相近,电镀纳米Ni的纯铁样品渗透率Φ值略高于化学镀Ni-P。The effective hydrogen permeabilities and diffusivities in iron coated with amorphous Ni P and nanocrystalline nickel are measured using ultrahigh vacuum gaseous permeation technique within the temperature range of 80~250℃. The hydrogen diffusivity in iron coated with bright palladium is investigated as well.The experiment results showed that the effective hydrogen diffusivity of iron coated with bright Pd is 1 to 2 times lower in magnitude than those of surface electroless amorphous Ni P and electrodeposited nanocrystalline nickel,and two kinds of nickel coatings exhibit higher catalytic effect than that of bright Pd. The effective hydrogen diffusivities and permeabilities in iron coated with two different kinds of nickel obey the Arrhenius relationship over the experimental temperature range,their diffusivity values are approximately the same,and the effective permeability of nanocrystalline nickel coated sample is slightly higher than that of electroless Ni P coated one.
