摘　　要：目的考察注射用加替沙星与氟康唑氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性。方法分别观察及测定配伍液在室温(20±1)℃下放置8h内的外观、pH值变化,并用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。结果两药配伍后,外观、pH值、含量均无明显变化。结论注射用加替沙星可与氟康唑氯化钠注射液配伍使用。AIM To observe the compatibility of gatifloxacin for injection with fluconazole sodium chloride injection. METHODS At room temperature （20 ± 1） ℃ for 8 h the change in appearance and pH value was observed, while the content of gatifloxacin and fluconazole was detemained by UV spectrophotometry as well. RESULTS There were no significant changes in appearance, pH value and concentration after the mixture. CONCLUSION Gatifloxacin for injection can be mixed with fluconazole sodium chloride injection in clinical use.
