摘　　要：介绍了哺乳动物小腔卵泡卵母细胞体外成熟的研究现状,对小腔卵泡卵母细胞体外成熟的采集方法、培养时间、血清、激素等影响因素进行了分析,指出了存在的问题及解决办法.This article introduces the research in advance in vitro maturation of mammal oocytes derived from small antral follicles, and analysed the factors which influenced in vitro maturation of small antral follicular oocytes such as pick-up methods, culture period, serum , hormones and so on. Finally, this article points out the existing problems and their solutions.
