摘  要:利用液相化学还原法制备出粒径范围在1~100 nm的纳米银颗粒,以电镜进行表征,进行纳米银的安全性、稳定性和药效学试验.试验证明纳米银颗粒具有良好的稳定性和分散性,安全无毒,对奶牛子宫内膜炎的3种病原菌大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌均有良好的杀菌作用.To produce nanometer silver with high antibacterial activity,security and stablility. Chemical reduction method was applied. Prepare process: ①The spherical nanometer silver was prepared with AgNO3, NH3 · H2O and H2O2 under the existence of surfactant Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). ②The product was observed by Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). To determine the antibacterial effect of nanometer silver to E. coli, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, antibacterial activity in vitro was carried out. The test of stability was done in room and normal atmosphere. The test of acute toxicity on chicken is conducted to evaluate the security of nanometer silver. The well-crystallized nanometer silver with even size could be produced by controlling the reaction conditions. Furthermore, the nanometer silver has high antibacterial property and biological security.
