摘  要:B5菌株是从山东威海浅海海域分离得到的一株放线菌,经初步鉴定为链霉菌属(Streptomyces)。其发酵液对15种病原真菌进行室内杀菌活性生测,结果表明,B5菌株发酵液对13种供试真菌的菌丝生长抑制率均在80%以上;其发酵液对3种病原细菌进行室内杀菌活性生测,结果表明,B5菌株发酵液对3种供试细菌的抑菌圈直径均在15mm以上。发酵液经80℃处理6 h,活性仅丧失了18.2%。在酸性条件下活性稳定,但在碱性条件下活性不稳定。捷克八溶剂系统纸色谱测定结果表明,该发酵液的主要活性物质为碱性水溶性抗生素。In this paper, the antagonistic spectrum and stability of B5 strain, which was isolated from the sea water of Weihai and classified as streptomyces, was studied. The fungicidal activities against 15 pathogens and 3 bacteria were studied by means of mycelium growth rate and diffusion methods, respectively. The results showed that the efficacy of fermentation was above 80 percent against 13 pathogens, the diameters of inhibition zone against 3 bacteria were more than 15mm. The results showed that it was stabile to heat and acid, but unstabile to alkali. By comparing with the curves of classical antibiotics in Doskochilova system, the active ingredients in the fermentation were identified as alkaline and water-soluble compounds.
