摘　　要：我国的甘蔗剥叶主要靠手工完成,迫切需要剥叶机来替代这一繁重的工作。本文介绍了一种新型的甘蔗剥叶机,核心部件是定轴转动的中空剥叶轴。工作时甘蔗从剥叶轴中心通过,随轴转动的剥叶爪在甘蔗茎表面划过,相对于蔗茎表面作螺旋运动,将甘蔗叶剥下。此机具有剥叶干净,效率高的特点,有较好的推广价值。文中对机器的结构组成、工作原理、设计定位思想作了全面阐述,可供设计同类机型时参考。Getting rid of sugarcane leaves by handwork in our country, so wo hope this taxing work can be replaced by machine urgently. A new-style machine that can get rid of sugar leaves, is expatiated in the paper. It has the traits, disposing of leaves completely and great efficiency, so it can be popularized widely. The configuration, operating principle and designing idea of this machine is expatiated in the paper.
