摘  要:目的:观察甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine,MA)所致大鼠脑组织中一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化。方法:建立MA给药模型;实验组给予MA,对照组给予等量生理盐水,观察两组脑组织中NO,SOD和MDA的变化及3者之间的相互关系。结果:实验组脑组织海马区和纹状体区中NO,MDA含量上升,SOD含量下降,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:MA可导致大鼠脑中NO含量上升,SOD活性下降,MDA含量升高。说明超氧化基参与了MA的神经毒性作用,这可能是MA引起中枢神系统损伤的重要机制。Objective : To study the change of nitric oxide ( NO), super oxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in rat brain after methamphetamine injection. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into control group (A)and experimental group (B). Group B was injected with MA, and Group A was injected with saline. The levels of NO, SOD, MDA in the brain of rats treated with methamphetamine were observed and the relationship among them was studied. Results:NO content and MDA content in hippocampal and striaturn increased, SOD content in hippocampal and striaturn decreased, and there were significant differences in the level of NO, SOD and MDA between Group A and Group B (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : Methamphetamine can cause an increase in the contents of NO and MDA, and decrease in SOD activity. This might be an important mechanism of MA induced damage in central nervous system that might participate in the MA neurotoxicity.
