摘  要:采用甲基氯硅烷副产品高沸物为原材料,间接法生产、釜外水解,解决了有机硅防水剂中氯离子含量高的问题,实现了优质有机硅防水剂的低成本合成,并以氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂复合成高效泵送防水剂,配制高性能混凝土并测试评价了各种物理力学性能,尤其是高寒地区混凝土的高抗冻性能。In this work,high-boiling by-product of methyl chlorosilane is taken as the raw material to prepare organosilicon by an indirect approach which is carried out externally to a reaction kettle, so the content of Cl^- ion in the organosilicon products is reduced remarkably, while the production cost of organosilicon waterproofing agent is lowered as well.With the combination of amino-sulfonic acid-based superplasticizcr, complexed high-efficiency waterproofmg agent for pumping concrete is prepared.Measurements and evaluations of the physical and mechanical properties of the obtained highperformance concrete have been carried out, especially the freezing resistance in extremely cold areas.
