摘　　要：从植物激素和蔗糖等方面对组培苗玻璃化的影响进行研究发现,光叶楮玻璃化苗的数量随6-BA浓度的增加而增加,蔗糖浓度过低或过高也出现玻璃化苗增加的趋势。In this paper, the effcets of phytohormones and sucrose on the vitrification in tissue culture were studied. The results showed that the number of vitrified shoots of Broussonetia papyrifera increased as the concentration of 6 - BA increased. The number also showed a tendency of increase in too low or too high concentration of sucrose.
