花楸组织培养技术的研究

摘　　要：以花楸腋芽为材料,研究了花楸组织培养及快速繁殖的适宜条件,花楸的最佳继代培养基为MS+BAP1.0mg/L+NAA0.1/L,增殖倍数达4.5倍以上;最适生根培养基为MS+IBA1.0mg/L+NAA0.02mg/L,生根率达80%以上。By using axillary bud of Sorbus pohuashanensis as materials, the experiment was made to find out the best culture process and the proper culture medium. The technical system of tissue culture for rapid propagation was established. The results show that the optimal subculture medium is MS ＋ BA1.0mg/L ＋ NAA0. 1 mg/L, the multiplication rate of shoot clumps can surpass 4.5. The best rooting medium is MS ＋ IBAI1.0mg/L ＋ NAA0. 02mg/L, and the rooting rate can be up to over 80%.
