摘 要:为提高茄尼醇提取率,进行了废次烟叶浸膏的皂化试验,结果表明:稀释剂是影响皂化率的主要因素,其次是皂化碱的浓度和皂化温度。较佳的皂化条件是将烟草浸膏置于0.3mol/L的NaOH-乙醇溶液中70℃下皂化2h,皂化率可达97.4%以上。In order to increase the yield of solanesol, the saponification experiments of waste and inferior tobacco concrete was studied. It was indicated that the major factor influencing the saponification rate was the thinner and the concentration of saponifical alkali and saponificaI temperature were the next factors. The preferable treatment condition was dipping the concrete into 0.3mol/L NaOH - EtOH solution for 2 hours at 70℃, and the saponification rate could reach 97.4% and higher.
