摘 要:塑料填充改性技术的进步和大量的研究及生产实践证明,在相同的填充条件下,超细填料与普通填料相比填充改性效果更好,效率更高,因此超细粒子在高聚物基体中的分散成为一个关键因素。结合磨盘研磨产生机械剪切以及齿盘分流分散的思想,设计了一套强剪切分散式混炼器。实验结果表明,经过混炼器作用的试样,能使CaCO3粒子呈原生态分布,流动性变好,熔体指数增加,黏度下降;添加抗氧剂以后,填充体系的冲击强度大大提高。The advances of filling modification in polymer industry and lots of researches and productive practices have approved that in the same filling conditions, the modification of the ultra-fine filler is better and more effective than the common ones, so the dispersion of ultra-fine fillers in the polymer materials is an important factor. A multi-stage-mill mixer was developed by combining the merits of traditional mill and mixer with static and dynamic pins. Conclusions in the investigation were as follows:the mixer had good dispersion effect for filled composites;nano-CaCO3 particles existed as primary particles;the viscosity of HDPE composites was reduced;the antioxidant addition effectively inhibited degradation and the reduction of impact strength.
