摘　　要：介绍了熔体泵的应用、结构,重点就熔体泵的主要组成部分——圆柱齿轮的参数化设计进行了探讨。运用VisualBasic编程语言完成了熔体泵圆柱齿轮的参数化设计系统。该系统使熔体泵在满足排量要求的前提下,对齿轮参数进行优化,并对齿轮结构参数进行求解。还运用Solidworks软件二次开发技术实现了熔体泵圆柱齿轮三维建模的自动化。The introduction was made on the application and structure of melt pump, and the parametric design of the cylindrical gear as the important part of melt pump was discussed. A parametric design system of the cylindrical gear in melt pump was completed with Visual Basic as program language. In the precondition of fulfilling the purpose of discharge in melt pump, the system optimized the parameter of gear and solved the structural parameter of gear. Moreover, the technology of secondary development in solidworks software was used to the cylindrical gear in melt pump,which realized the automation of the 3D modeling of the cylindrical gear.
