摘  要:应用体外产气法模拟瘤胃发酵,通过测定24h体外累计产气量、细菌氮含量和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的降解率,评价2-甲基丁酸的不同添加水平对山羊瘤胃发酵的影响。试验采用单因子设计,2-甲基丁酸的添加水平分别为0.0%、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%,每个水平4个重复。结果发现:与对照组相比,添加0.3%的2-甲基丁酸组能极显著提高24h累计产气量(P<0.01);细菌氮含量有提高的趋势,但是差异不显著(P>0.05);在添加水平为0%~0.9%时,NDF降解率有提高的趋势,但是差异不显著(P>0.05),在1.2%时,其NDF降解率显著下降(P<0.05)。结果表明:日粮中的2-基丁酸的适宜添加水平为0.3%~0.6%。In vitro gas production was conducted to study the effect of 2-methylbutyrate on goat rumen fermentation. A single factorial trial was designed. 2-methylbutyrate was added at levels of 0.0 % ,0.3 % ,0.6 % ,0.9 % and 1.2 % ,and each level included 4 repetitions.After the volume of gas production (GP) was recorded,the bacteria nitrogen and the degradation of neutral detergent fiber(NDF) were detected.The results demonstrated: compared with the control,at level of 0.3 % 2-methylbutyrate increased the GP seriously significantly (P 〈 0.01 );the bacteria nitrogen had the increase trend, but no significant differences compared with the control (P 〉 0.05);At level of 0 % - 0.9 % 2-methylbutyrate increased the degradation of NDF but no significant differences compared with the control (P 〉 0.05);At the level of 1.2 % 2- methylbutyrate reduced the degradation of NDF significantly (P 〈 0.05).It could be concluded that the ideal level of 2- methylbutyrate add to ration was 0.3 % - 0.6 %.
