摘　　要：本文基于医院的实际经历,指出了医学工程处信息化管理的工作现状,提出了在使用信息管理软件时出现的问题,并针对现代化医院HIS系统的建立与完善,在数据库中原始数据的导入、数据编码的兼容性与确定性、程序的兼容性等方面提出了相关建议。Based on the practical experience of our hospital, this paper describes the actuality of the informational - management of medical engineering department, and puts forward the problems in using the informational - management software . In the fields of admitting raw data in database , compatibility and determinacy of the data coding , and compatibility of the programs , we bring forward some proposals aiming at the construction and integrity of modern hospital information system .
