摘  要:采用酚醛环氧树脂(NE)与间苯二酚双(二苯磷酸酯)(RDP)复配作为阻燃剂,制备了性能良好的无卤阻燃丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS),研究了各组分质量比及用量对ABS的阻燃性能和力学性能的影响,并通过热失重分析仪对阻燃机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明,NE与RDP对ABS具有良好的协同阻燃作用,当NE与RDP的质量比为2:3、总用量为15%时,可以制得极限氧指数高达37%并具有较好力学性能的无卤阻燃ABS。热重分析结果表明,在高温下NE与RDP间的相互作用具有良好的协同成炭作用,从而对ABS产生协同阻燃效应。Non-halogen flame retardant ABS was prepared by using novolac epoxy resin (NE) and resorcinol bis-(diphenyl phosphate)(RDP) as a composite flame retardants. The effects of component ratio and content on the limited oxygen index (LOI) and mechanical properties of the flame retardant ABS were studied. TG found that NE/RDP had an excellent synergistic effect on the flame retardancy of ABS. When the mass ratio of NE and RDP was 2:3 and their total content was 15 %, a LOI of 37 % and good mechanical properties were obtained. It was the interaction between NE and RDP that promoted the char-forming process and improved the flame retardancy of ABS.
