摘  要:通过zeta电位、红外光谱等研究了用共沉淀方法制备LaCoO3时分散剂-聚乙二醇PEG-4000)的作用机制;通过粘度测定选择其适宜的使用量。结果表明:聚乙二醇的防团聚性能是通过在超细粉体的前驱体上吸附,进而主要通过空间位阻稳定机制发挥作用的。当其使用量为前驱体质量的3.0%时,可制备出团聚程度轻、分散性良好的超细LaCoO3粉体。The effects and the mechanism of additive PEG-4000 in the preparation process of perovskitetype LaCoO3 uhrafine powder via coprecipitation were studied by means of particle size analysis, IR spectrum, Zeta potential measurement. The suitable additive amount (3.0%) was determined by means of viscosity measurements. The experimental results showed that agglomeration of precursor was reduced by the steric effect of PEG-4000 adsorbing on it, and the powder product quality was greatly influenced by the added amount of PEG-4000. The well-dispersed perovskite-type LaCoO3 uhrafine powder can be obtained by adding suitable amount of PEG-4000 (3.0%).
