摘 要:以特戊酸和乙酸为原料脱羧合成频那酮, 首次全面考察了催化剂的制备条件对催化剂活性的影响, 并对催化剂寿命、再生以及稳定性进行了研究. 反应在固定床反应器中进行, 采用气相色谱对合成液进行分析. 结果表明, 催化剂活性物质为La2O3 或Pr6O11时催化活性最高;当La2O3负载量为15%, 浸渍时间大于5 h, 焙烧温度在560~640 ℃之间时制得的催化剂活性较优;催化剂寿命大于300 h, 结构稳定, 再生方法简单有效.Pinacotone was synthesized by decarboxylative condensation of pivalic acid and acetic acid, and the preparation conditions of catalyst were investigated. The lifespan, regeneration and steadiness of catalyst were discussed also. This reaction was carried out in static bed and analyzed by GC. The results indicatd that the catalytic activity of La203 or Pr6O11 was high. The optimal preparing conditions as follows: charge amount of La203 was 15%, impregnation time above 5 h, 560 - 640℃. structure stable calcination temperature between Catalyst life was more than 300 h, and regeneration method was simple.
