摘 要:以稀土氯化物、L-天冬氨酸和邻菲咯啉为原料,制备了5种新型稀土三元配合物。通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、拉曼光谱,确定了该类配合物的化学组成为:RE(Asp)3PhenCl3.3H2O(RE:La3+,Eu3+,Tb3+,Dy3+,Y3+;Asp=L-天冬氨酸;Phen=邻菲咯啉)。通过抗菌实验表明,稀土三元配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌有较强的抑制作用,属于广谱抗菌剂;通过MTT比色法对配合物使癌细胞凋亡能力做了初步研究,结果表明,对癌细胞具有较强的抑制杀伤作用;用紫外吸收光谱法研究了稀土配合物与小牛胸腺DNA(CTD-NA)的作用。结果表明,稀土配合物以插入的方式和CTDNA间发生了强烈的相互作用。Five rare earth complexes (RE: La^3+, Eu^3+, Tb^3+, Dy^3+, y^3+) with L-aspartic acid (Asp) and o-phenanthroline (Phen) were synthesized. Their compositions were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, FT-IR and Raman spectra. The compositions of the complexes were confirmed to be RE (Asp)3PhenCl3 · 3H2O. The antibacterial activity testing showed that all the complexes exhibited excellent antibacterial ability against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. The antimicrobial spectra of the complexes were broad. MTT was used to study the anticancer ability of the complexes, which indicated that the cancer ceils were withered by the complexes. The effect of the complex on the calf thymus DNA (CTDNA) was also studied. Results from the UV/Vis absorption spectra showed that the complex furiously interacted with CTDNA through insertion mode.
