摘  要:研究了碳纳米管上负载Y2O3和Y2O3∶Eu3+纳米颗粒的工艺。采用透射电镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射对负载的效果进行表征并研究了负载产物的发光性能。结果表明,采用化学沉淀法可在碳纳米管上负载平均直径约为10 nm的Y2O3和Y2O3∶Eu3+颗粒。负载的Y2O3∶Eu3+纳米颗粒在波长201 nm处具有明显的主激发峰,而在620 nm处具有较强的主发射峰。与普通的纳米Y2O3∶Eu3+荧光粉相比,激发峰显著蓝移,而发射峰则红移。The process of coating 2O^3+ and Y2O3:Eu^3+ nano-particles on the carbon nanotubes (CheFs) was studied. The products were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Y2O3 and Y2O3:Eu^3+ nano-particles with diameter of about 10 nm can be deposited on the surface of CNTs by chemical coprecipitation method. The Y2O3:Eu^3+ nano- particles coated on the CNTs had a main excitation peak centered at 201 nm and a main emission peak centered at 620 nm. The luminescent spectra of them showed a notable blue shift in excitation spectra and a red shift in emission spectra compared with those of the normal Y2O3:Eu^3+ nano-particles fluorescent powder.
