摘  要:研究了淬火、回火温度对W4Mo2Cr4VNb钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着淬火温度提高,试验钢奥氏体晶粒长大较快;淬火温度从1160℃提高到1200℃,高温回火后钢的二次硬化能力明显地提高了,但韧性急剧降低;试验钢在560℃左右回火时出现二次硬化峰;经1160℃淬火,580℃回火后试验钢韧性和抗弯强度较好;经1200℃淬火、560-580℃回火后,红硬性良好。The influence of quenching and tempering temperature on the microstructures and mechanical properties of W4Mo2Cr4VNb steel was studied. The experimental results show that austenite grain grows up quickly with the quenching temperature increase. The secondary hardening ability of W4Mo2Cr4VNb steel heightens remarkably, but toughness drops rapidly after high tempering when the quenching temperature increases from 1160 ℃ to 1200 ℃. The secondary hardening peak presents at 560 ℃. The toughness and bending resistant strength of the tested steel are both preferable when it is quenched at 1160℃ and then tempered at 580 ℃. The red hardness of the steel is good when quenched at 1200 ℃ and then tempered at 560 -580℃.
