摘  要:研究了热处理温度、时间对自蔓延高温合成La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)MnO_3物相、形貌、晶粒度、抗弯强度、电导率的影响,结果表明,热处理可以有效消除自蔓延高温合成产物中的杂质相,且随着热处理温度的升高,产物中杂质相呈现减少的趋势,La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)MnO_3粉末晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,但较高的热处理温度会使粉末烧结现象加重。热处理有助于提高SHS合成La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)MnO_3的导电性,当工作温度为800℃时,未经过热处理试样的电导率为42.5S·cm^(-1),而经过800℃热处理试样的电导率达到48.3S·cm^(-1)。Heat treatment process of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 prepared by SHS was explored. The component, pattern, grain size, bending strength and conductivity of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 treated at different temperature and time were studied. The results show that the impurity of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 prepaned by SHS is effectively eliminated by heat treatment. With the increase of heat treatment temperature,the impurity reduces gradually and the grain size of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 powder grows increasingly. When the heat treatment temperature exceeds 900℃, the phenomenon of powder sintefing is aggravated. The conductivity of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 is improved by heat treatment.When the working temperature is 800℃, the conductivity of the untreated sample is 42.5 S·cm^-1,theconductivity of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 treated at 800℃ reaches 48.3 S·cm^-1.
